In order to be registered as a BAS Agent, we are required to undergo training and abide by a strict code of conduct. There are hefty fines and penalties in place for practitioners who are not registered with the Tax Practitioners Board, and for good reason. Even if the onus is on your bookkeeper, and they get it wrong through lack of proper training, you may still get stuck with the bill that arises from incorrect lodgments.

We are happy to oversee and support your staff in processing your data and supplement their work by providing the higher end services such as bank reconciliations, journal entries and GST checks prior to BAS lodgements. What accounting software do you use?
We are extensively experienced in Quickbooks, Reckon Accounts, Xero, MYOB Essentials, MYOB Account Right (all versions) and long hand in spreadsheets. All staff have ongoing training to support all software and their updated.
Cloud bookkeeping?
The evolution of traditional desktop accounting software into cloud based systems allows us to manage your accounts without ever having to set foot in your office. By operating in the Cloud, we are able to reduce overhead costs associated with commercial offices and travel each day. It eliminates headaches commonly associated with data transfers, corrupt files, incompatible systems and clunky desktop software. It also makes for a much better use of the time we have available to us. You can send us your paperwork once a month to process using pre-paid satchels, or even scan and upload to a shared cloud storage facility (although we do offer a scanning service to minimise paper storage requirements for a small monthly fee). We utilize programs such as Skype, Google Drive, Gmail, Dropbox, Facebook & iMessage to keep in touch with our clients and maintain an automated, Cloud based practice.
What software Does My Admin Girl use?
We are able perform on almost any software. My Admin Girl is proficient with MYOB, MYOB Essentials, Xero and Reckon and Quickbooks. If you do not have software set up, we can suggest the most appropriate alternative and provide you with training and support.
Can you just do my BAS each quarter?
Yes! All of our BAS Only Packages are inclusive of a data integrity check. As we are not processing your data ourselves, we need to ensure all entries are compliant and that source documentation is available to prove the legitimacy of the transactions.
