SA Accounting & Bookkeeping Solutions are both physical and virtual bookkeepers. We can offer Cloud Bookkeeping and Business Support to SME’s to the whole of Australia but are based on the Gold Coast and have a manned office should you need to touch base personally. Our current portfolio ranges from Ballina to Logan to Springfield Lakes and everywhere in between. By having a physical office where works are completed it allows us to have a real location to meet, drop paperwork off and have a stable base of operations. By operating in the cloud it eliminates headaches commonly associated with data transfers, corrupt files, incompatible systems and clunky desktop software. It also makes for a much better use of the time we have available to us. We utilize programs such as Skype, Google Drive, Gmail, Dropbox & Facebook to keep in touch with our clients and maintain the most up to date data as possible. Why do we operate like this? Convenience. Our clients don’t have to make room for appointments in their busy schedules, shuffle desks around to accommodate the traditional, onsite bookkeeper. We are able perform on almost any software. My Admin Girl is proficient with MYOB, MYOB Essentials, Xero and Reckon and Quickbooks. If you do not have software set up, we can suggest the most appropriate alternative and provide you with training and support.

The fees associated with managing your accounts will vary in accordance with the particular requirements of your business, payroll requirements, volume of transactions and any extra services you require. We tailor Monthly Fixed Fee packages for each of our clients that cover the time and resources required to manage their accounts. You can send us your paperwork once a month to process using pre-paid satchels, or even scan and upload to a shared cloud storage facility (although we do offer a scanning service to minimise paper storage requirements for a small monthly fee).
